Food is what speaks to me and you, and my aim is to make your connection with food more meaningful and rewarding by giving you a deeper understanding of how your body is uniquely related with the food choices you make on a daily basis.

The common mistakes we make is count calories or start depending on apps. Whereas all you need is a personalized meal plan and tweak your lifestyle with changes that are sustainable and easy to follow. The most successful diet is one that is sustainable.

This is why when I work with you, I design dietary changes that suit your daily routine, based on your taste preferences. I believe you don’t need to follow any fad diets and rigid nutrition plans to have a healthy lifestyle. You can achieve a body that is symptom free and one that you love!

My training at Le Cordon Bleu (London) gave me a wonderful perspective on cooking, which means you’ll always have access to some nutritious and delicious recipes. I curate recipes based on easily available, seasonal ingredients, that are not complicated to put together at home, with easy to follow instructions. I am always looking for ways to have healthy snacks in the fridge to satisfy that mid-afternoon slump, and I plan on sharing those tips and tricks with you as well!

My Approach

My approach is tailored to your specific health goals. I believe in the power of nutrition and its impact on every aspect of our health. I don’t look at nutrition as just food, I count sleep quality, stress levels and daily movement to be part of it as well.

I like to be realistic in my approach. I don’t expect anybody to take a full 180° turn in order to achieve better health. Life gets busy and I believe that building small, consistent habits go a much longer way in seeing long lasting results.

All you need to do is start!
The aim is to keep things simple and practical. Our bodies don’t like complicated changes that it’s not used to – and this is why you can expect straightforward guidance from my plans!

How we sleep, how we eat, what we eat, what we crave and then how we digest all that we eat or how long it takes to digest, is all connected to our gut! I cannot stress enough on the advantages of having a healthy gut microbiome. It is never too late to RESET your gut.
Don’t accept that you have to live with digestive problems – just because it’s common, doesn’t mean it’s normal! It is not an overnight process, but it is absolutely possible to rebuild that good bacteria.

If not cured in time, an unhealthy gut can lead to more chronic health conditions – like anxiety, asthma, autoimmune conditions, insulin resistance, unexplained muscle loss, chronic inflammation and so on.

Overall better health requires a holistic approach towards food, stress, sleep and physical movement, which is how I aim to help you reach your goals.
Each programme is specifically designed for your body type, habits and lifestyle choices and I work with you on a 1:1 basis. One person’s food medicine can be another’s food problem.
